By uploading content, you grant AI Study Buddy only the limited, revocable license necessary to parse, chunk, and embed your documents for your personal study sessions. We do not claim any proprietary ownership over your study materials.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse our infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts, reverse-engineer proprietary vector search algorithms, or launch automated scraping bots against our servers.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% factual accuracy through citation grounding and vector retrieval, educational materials are provided for study and revision purposes. Students remain solely responsible for verifying clinical drug dosages, legal precedents, and engineering calculations against primary faculty curriculum before taking official examinations.
